Through Monday, April 1st, you can purchase your 2013 High Sierra
FestivALL packages in multiple payment via our Layaway
Program. You must create
an account on our ticketing site in order to submit your Layaway
order. Full details and terms of our Layaway Program are below. FestivALL Pack 3 is sold out.
Any tickets that you wish to purchase that are not available via
our Layaway Program, must be purchased in a separate order. Purchase

2013 FestivALL Packages are available
for purchase via High Sierra's Layaway Program. The deadline for
layaway ordering is Monday, April 1st. Pack 3 is sold out.
Layaway tickets are available WILL CALL ONLY.
To purchase tickets through the Layaway Program, select the event
(on the payment screen choose Layaway).
Selecting this option will allow you to pay 25% of your order total
plus service fees as your first payment, with the remaining total
automatically deducted in equal payments on April 15th, May 15th and June 14th, 2013 (please allow 2-3 days for processing and posting to your account). Click MY
ACCOUNT to see your status.
MORE INFO - IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ:
No refunds. Default on payments will result in loss of deposit. We
will contact you with in the first week of the month if your payment
does not go through. All payments are AUTOMATICALLY billed to card
used for your deposit. You cannot make manual payments. If you
need to update your payment info or billing info, then please contact
us by phone or e-mail or Click MY
ACCOUNT to update your billing and/or credit card info.
All Layaway Program Ticket Orders
By selecting the Layaway payment option you opt-in to our layaway
plan process and agree to all the terms and conditions associated
with the Layaway Program. You authorize High Sierra Music Inc to
charge your card on four (4) separate instances for the amounts
detailed above and on your Layaway Program order screen. High Sierra
will send email notifications to remind you of the charges 48 hours
in advance, to confirm successful charges, and to notify of any
charge declines. Please make sure High Sierra has your correct
email address. High Sierra is not responsible for any email notifications
that are not received.
All Layaway Program Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
purchase agreements. If for any reason your payments are declined,
either partially or in full, then the plan is effectively in default
and your ticket order will be canceled and any payment amount received
as of that date will be kept by High Sierra Music Inc. Failure to
successfully transact additional payments will result in the cancellation
of your tickets. No refunds of successful charges will be given for
default payments. All sales and charges are final. Default layaway
plans may not apply successful charges to other tickets or items.
Ticket discount codes cannot be applied toward Layaway Program Tickets
or Packages. Layaway Program Tickets are subject to all other terms
and conditions of High Sierra Music Inc found
here.
