FESTVIALL VIP PACKAGES

It's hard to imagine improving upon the High Sierra experience, but we've come up with a way to push that experience over the top... FestivALL. When you purchase a FestivALL package, arrival and entry into the festival will be a breeze. You'll have private off-site check-in, access to the festival grounds on Wednesday, July 4th, the day before the gates officially open to the public. Get up-close and personal with High Sierra headliners by having access to the "pit" in front of the stage. Imagine having private port-o-johns, and a private bar in the evening at the Grandstand Stage -- all this plus access to all late nights, souvenir posters and t-shirts, drink tickets, and a daily happy hour with snacks and tastings.

All packages include four-day festival passes which include on-site camping plus access to the FestivALL Lounge and "pit" near the Grandstand Stage, giving you an opportunity to catch your favorite artists up close. FestivALL package holders will have access to private check-in* and early entry** Wed evening (see details below). The FestivALL Lounge will feature elevated viewing, private port-o-johns, a massage chair (limited hours), beverages and snacks. Packages also include access to all Late Night shows plus festival t-shirts, festival posters and drink tickets. These packages are designed for both individuals and groups of two. FestivALL Pack 2 includes a vehicle pass, and Pack 3 includes an RV pass with guaranteed hook-up. (arrival by 5pm on Thursday required for guaranteed hook-up).

* Private check-in, where tickets are exchanged for wristbands, will occur in an off-site location separate from the main box office and the general public in a relaxed atmosphere, away from the crowds. Hours will be Wed 4:30PM - Midnight; Thu 8AM - 11AM. Location TBA.

** Early entry hours are Wednesday July 4th, 4:30PM - Midnight. Entry hours will resume at 8am Thursday morning. FestivALL Pack 1 and 2 holders will be sent to a designated area in the Shady Grove campground. That area will be tightly controlled until the festival grounds open to the public, 8AM Thursday. No one will be allowed to set up in any other area or leave the designated camping area with camping gear (tents, tarps, coolers, etc.) until the festival grounds open to the public. This will be strictly enforced. FestivALL Pack 3 holders will be shown to their designated RV spot, and the RV will not be able to move once parked. Pack 3 holders will not be able to save space outside their designated RV spot. The alloted RV space will be 20'w x 35'l, which must include your vehicle and any tents or shade structures. If the vehicle is longer, please contact us in advance for special placement. See description below for more details on RV space assignment. Early entry is intended to be an entitlement for FestivALL package holders only. Saving camping space for non-FestivALL package holders is prohibited.

	FestivALL Pack 2 : $1350
• 2 four-day festival passes • 1 on-site vehicle pass • Private check-in • Early entry to designated area in Shady Grove campground (see detailed description above) • Access for two to all Late Night shows • 2 commemorative festival posters • 2 festival t-shirts • 16 drink tickets • Access for two to VIP pit (located right in front of the Grandstand Stage) • Access for two to High Sierra FestivALL Lounge (elevated viewing, private port-o-johns, beverages, snacks, massage chair and VIP gift bags)
	FestivALL Pack 3 : $1600
• 2 four-day festival passes • 1 on-site RV pass with guaranteed hook-up* • Private check-in • Early entry (see detailed description above) • Access for two to all Late Night shows • 2 commemorative festival posters • 2 festival t-shirts • 16 drink tickets • Access for two to VIP pit (located right in front of the Grandstand Stage) • Access for two to High Sierra FestivALL Lounge (elevated viewing, private port-o-johns, beverages, snacks, massage chair and VIP gift bags) ***** Hook-ups (water, power, no septic) are guaranteed until 5pm on Thursday, July 5. A FestivALL coordinator will contact you before the festival in order to ascertain your preferred area. You may request RV Town or Big Meadow (see map) in advance, and we will do our best to honor your request, but we CAN NOT guarantee placement for specific spaces or location. An appropriate number of hook-ups will be reserved in each area for FestivALL patrons, and spaces will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. If you wish to be parked next to your friends, you must enter the festival grounds together. RV passes and FestivALL 3 holders are entitled to a 20'w x 35'l space which must include your vehicle and any tents or shade structures. If the vehicle is longer, please contact us in advance for special placement.
	Kid's FestivALL Pass (for children of FestivALL customers): $105
If your child, ages 5-12, will be accompanying you in the FestivALL Lounge and/or Grandstand Pit, you must purchase the Kids FestivALL Pass. This pass includes the Kids 4-day Pass, and access to the FestivALL Lounge where you will find beverages, snacks, and private Port-O-Jon among other amenities. Children ages 4 and under will be admitted free, and ages 13 and over must purchase an adult-priced FestivALL Package. All children of FestivALL Pack holders must be accompanied in the Lounge by an adult FestivALL patron at all times.
