ALO has become synonymous with High Sierra, as they’ll be making their ninth appearance in Quincy over the last 11 years. And while it’ll be hard to top last year’s Viva Las Vegas throwdown in the late night Music Hall, ALO is always up to the task of a great adventure and thrives in situations where they have to up the ante. This year as one of their two sets they will be recreating a classic album in its entirety (and no, we don’t even know, so don’t bother asking) but if you’re familiar with ALO, you know they have a penchant for selecting extremely poignant covers and doing them justice. Zach Gill (keyboards, accordion, ukelele, vocals), Dan Lebowitz (guitars and vocals), Steve Adams (bass and vocals) and Dave Brogan (drums and vocals) are the four members of ALO, one of the most musically well rounded, energetically spirited, and FUN bands ever to grace the stages of High Sierra…or anywhere
